RECAP | PMAC Organizes the 2025 Labor Conference

This morning, May 10, 2025, PMAC staff and employees simultaneously attended the 2025 Labor Conference online, connecting with the head office. The conference took place in a solemn and responsible atmosphere, yet also very close-knit – embodying the PMAC spirit of joint sustainable development.

This was an important milestone for all members to look back on the past journey, discuss current labor policies, and listen to new development orientations from the Company’s Leadership.

1. Announcement of the New Collective Labor Agreement

One of the most anticipated contents at this conference was the new Collective Labor Agreement, with a series of adjusted and supplemented clauses to ensure more substantial benefits for employees.

Some notable improvements include:

  • Salary increase roadmap, training and promotion opportunities.
  • Working conditions and benefits.
  • Bonus policies and expanded insurance coverage.
  • Commitment to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent working environment.

2. Introduction of the 3P Salary Model – Transparent KPIs, Developing Capabilities

PMAC officially implemented the 3P salary model (Position – Person – Performance), which helps clearly define the role, capabilities, and work results of each individual. Along with this, the new KPI system has been adjusted towards being more positive, transparent, and suitable for each job position.

This not only creates work motivation but also expands opportunities for promotion and personal development for each member of the PMAC family.

3. Listening – Acknowledging – Responding to Employee Feedback

The conference dedicated a significant amount of time to receiving direct feedback from employees – an indispensable part of the open and two-way dialogue culture at PMAC.

Opinions on work processes, internal environment, training opportunities, welfare policies, etc., were all seriously listened to by the Leadership, who committed to providing specific feedback as soon as possible.

4. From Conference to Action: Accompanying Each Other on a New Journey

More than just a summary or policy update, the 2025 Labor Conference was also a symbol of consensus: between employees and the Leadership, between each department with common goals, and between each individual with the aspiration for collective development.

The solidarity, proactiveness, and continuous efforts of each member will be a solid foundation for PMAC to develop further – more sustainably – and more humanely in the future. PMAC sincerely thanks the presence and meaningful contributions of all colleagues at this conference. Wishing everyone continued positive spirit, solidarity, and readiness to make breakthroughs in 2025–2026!
