A key solution is the patented IntraCu® additive system, specifically engineered for advanced packaging applications where precise control over the formation of copper interconnect structures is critical. In addition, Umicore’s Germanium wafers are developed to support the future requirements of Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL) technology, an important component in telecommunications, 3D sensing, data centers, and automotive electronics.
Over more than five years of development, PMAC has built a team of specialists with 5 to 20 years of industry experience across jewelry manufacturing, precious metals, electroplating, and surface treatment. At the same time, the company continues to strengthen its knowledge of advanced materials, advanced packaging, and semiconductor technical requirements through training, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with international technology partners.
PMAC Joint Stock Company’s office is located at the PMAC High-Tech Center, a facility created from the vision and dedication of its founder, CEO Dr. Bui Thi Thuy Nga.
